Over at MPE 2023, the FF News team stopped by for a joint interview with Dirk Wormsbächer, Business Developer at Netcetera and Stephan Hackenberg the Solutions Sales Director at Giesecke+Devrient.

Stephan: “If we look at the e-commerce sector post-pandemic, there’s a lot of different challenges that we face right now. We have shipment costs increasing, we have storage keeping, we have consumers that are more willing to change suppliers than ever and of course we have inflation as well. So, a lot of consumers have to cut down in spending, which we already see in the market. So, the space is facing a lot of challenges right now, and payments should be the least of them.”

Dirk: “That’s the problem we solve in the e-commerce ecosystem with our education, tools and products. We enable merchants to process convenient and frictionless low-risk transactions.”
