Amir Tajkarimi – Lexop – Fintech Meetup 2023
Over in Las Vegas, the FF News team were on the ground for Fintech Meetup 2023. In this video, the team sat down for a conversation with Amir Tajkarimi the CEO & Co-Founder of Lexop. Lexop is a digital debt collection software that helps companies retain past-due customers by facilitating payment and empowering them to self-serve.
“We’re trying to remove the embarrassment of collections by using technology. Being late on a bill or being in collections is a very agonizing experience. It’s terrible and you feel locked and that you don’t have a lot of choices. If you have to make a payment agreement, you have to be on the phone for an hour.”
“That’s where we’re changing things. We’re helping banks be more digital, flexible and empathetic with their collection approach. 5 years ago, this wasn’t necessarily a priority for banks but now with the economic downturn, collection is a hot topic. Everybody wants to automate and everybody wants to improve that experience.”
