Emily Fallon Discusses The Future Of In-Store Purchases

Emily Fallon, Head of Customer Experience and Insight at Tyl by NatWest, discusses the future of in-store payments and how Tyl is actively improving that experience. Tyl is a company that is focused on making card payments much simpler for companies and customers.

“We have a portal that customers get access to for free, so those time-poor customers … can manage their business directly from that portal. We offer next-day settlement which helps them stay in control of their cash flow, we also provide insights and other tools there.”

“We have something called Tyl Rewards and all customers have access to it for free and can set up a loyalty program and customise it based on what they’re selling, so then consumers can download the Tyl Rewards app and basically accrue points automatically.”
