“A large theme of what we do is around financial inclusion, and that extends beyond what we typically think about the banked and unbanked. It’s more about how do we make things inclusive to the needs of people that we don’t typically think about.”

“We talk often about the needs of immigrants, the needs of women, LGBT communities and the needs for older adults. The way we use things, the way we live and the way we work have all changed. So, the way we use financial services should change as well.”
