FAC is a technology firm on an evolutionary journey using a distributed ledger-based network for launching, distributing, trading and settling collective investment funds. It connects different fund market participants – investors, distributors, fund managers and service providers – allowing them to share the same information on ownership and transactions at the same time. The platform digitalises assets, cash and transactions, reducing the layers of intermediation between the investor and the product. This results in a single common industry register to record the owners of fund assets, manage the subscription, redemption and transfer of those assets to simplify fund register administration.
