Teya announces launch of new app, Teya Business

Teya, the business technology company, has launched its new app in the UK, Teya Business.

Teya Business is designed to empower business owners with its comprehensive suite of tools. These include the ability to oversee their day-to-day payments, better understand their cash flow, and easily manage their team from their mobile or through their preferred web browser.

At launch, Teya’s payment customers will be able to experience greater visibility over their business data, team performance, and store operations, facilitated through features like self-service account management, reporting on transactions and settlements, and historical invoices.

Business owners will also be able to see if they are eligible for Teya Cash Advance directly from the app. Launched in June 2023, Cash Advance offers quick access to flexible and reliable financing up to £1.5 million. A banner in the app will show if a small business is eligible for funding or refunding, ensuring they know their options and can make decisions to navigate peaks and troughs in their cash flow.

Teya Business will roll out more features in the near future – such as card-free refunds, advanced customer management, store and location management, and improved team management in the coming months.

Cassie Bowman, VP of Product, commented: “In today’s fast-paced business environment, we recognise the crucial need for small business owners to manage their business and daily tasks on the go. That’s why we created Teya Business—an app that help owners easily track their finances and make informed decisions right from their mobile phone. This gives our customers more visibility over their day-to-day card payments and more control over their business too. We’re committed to providing our customers with a clearer financial overview and helping their small businesses thrive.”

All of Teya Business’ tools are designed so that anyone running a small business can effortlessly oversee and manage their finances with just a few swipes on their phone, whether they’re in the middle of a busy workday, on the move, or at home.
