The Tech Capital Launches First‑Ever Middle East & Africa Finance Forum Programme Agenda
The Tech Capital, the premier media platform for digital infrastructure intelligence, today publishes the full programme agenda for its first Middle East & Africa Finance Forum, scheduled for 24 November 2025 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
It is the first instalment of The Tech Capital’s IFF Series in the MEA region, building on prior annual events in London (International Finance Forum, launched 2022), APAC (launched 2023 in Jakarta), LATAM (launched 2025 in São Paulo), and the InfraAI Global Summit (launched 2025 in Athens Riviera).
The agenda includes keynote addresses, panel sessions and roundtable discussions focused on finance, regulation, investment strategy and digital infrastructure in the Middle East and Africa.
The conference reflects The Tech Capital’s strategic expansion through regional forums aimed at bringing together digital infrastructure stakeholders.
Session topics span several themes, including:
- regional digital infrastructure investment flows;
- regulatory frameworks and policy;
- financing for data centres, fibre and cell‑tower development;
- investor perspectives and fund structuring in MEA markets;
- cross‑border capital strategies between Europe, Asia and Africa.
