Fintech Americas 2026, Part of Money20/20, Returns to Miami: The Premier Gathering for Financial Innovation Across the Americas

WHY THIS MATTERS: The announcement of Fintech Americas 2026, centered on the theme “AI with a Soul,” highlights a critical pivot point in the global financial landscape. As artificial intelligence moves from a back-office optimization tool to a front-end customer engagement engine, the industry is grappling with the paradox of automation versus empathy. This event is significant because it shifts the conversation from technical capability to ethical implementation and human-centric design. In an era where digital banking and embedded finance are becoming ubiquitous across the Americas, the ability to maintain consumer trust through responsible AI will be the primary differentiator for both legacy institutions and agile neobanks. By convening leaders to address financial inclusion and inclusive innovation, this summit underscores that the next frontier of fintech is not just about faster payments or smarter algorithms, but about creating a more equitable and accessible financial ecosystem for underserved populations.

Fintech Americas, part of Money20/20, the world’s leading fintech shows and the place where money does business, with shows in Las Vegas, Amsterdam, Bangkok, and Riyadh, returns to the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach from March 24-26, 2026. Under the theme “The 4th Dimension: AI with a Soul,” this year’s show will explore how artificial intelligence can be harnessed responsibly to create more inclusive, human-centered financial services.

Now in its 12th edition, Fintech Americas 2026 will bring together 1,800+ industry leaders, 200+ expert speakers from 25+ countries, and showcase 100+ solution providers driving the future of banking, insurance, payments, and financial technology across the Americas.

The conference features an impressive roster of thought leaders from the world’s most influential financial institutions and fintechs. Confirmed speakers include Glauber Mota, CEO of Revolut, who will share insights on digital banking expansion across Latin America, alongside Maria del Pilar Correa, Driss R. Temsamani, and Alvaro Ernesto Carmona Ruiz.

The exclusive LeaderTrack Program, designed for C-suite executives, will feature senior leaders including Sean Ringsted, Chief Digital Business Officer at Chubb; Juan Mazzini, Director at Celent; Elena Paredes Manrique, Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Pacífico Seguros; Hilario Itriago, President, LatAm at BOXX Insurance; and Ricardo de Almeida, Managing Director, Mercer Marsh Benefícios Latin America and Caribbean at Marsh McLennan, along with representatives from knowledge partner McKinsey & Company.

Jessica Blue Executive Vice President, Money20/20 USA, shared her enthusiasm for the show: “Fintech Americas 2026 represents a pivotal moment for financial innovation across the Americas. As part of the Money20/20 family, we’re bringing together the brightest minds in fintech, banking, and insurance to explore how AI can be implemented with purpose and humanity at its core. Miami serves as the perfect hub to connect innovators from North, Central, and South America, fostering the collaboration needed to build a more inclusive financial future for the region.”

“The 4th Dimension: AI with a Soul” theme addresses one of the most critical questions facing the financial services industry today: How can we leverage AI’s transformative power while maintaining the human touch that builds trust and serves diverse communities? The show will tackle pressing topics including responsible AI implementation in financial services, financial inclusion across underserved markets in the Americas, digital banking transformation and the evolution of neobanks, embedded finance and open banking ecosystems, regulatory technology and compliance innovation, cybersecurity and fraud prevention in an AI-driven world, sustainable finance and ESG integration, and cross-border payments and remittance innovation.

Fintech Americas 2026 offers specialized tracks designed for different sectors. The Banks & Neobanks Conference focuses on digital transformation strategies for traditional and challenger banks, while the Insurance Innovation Summit explores insurtech solutions reshaping risk management and customer experience. The Payments & Blockchain Forum examines the future of transactions, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance, and the exclusive LeaderTrack (C-Suite Program) provides strategic sessions for senior executives.

FF NEWS TAKE: This announcement reinforces Miami’s status as the definitive crossroads for intercontinental fintech collaboration. By prioritizing “AI with a Soul,” the organizers are tackling the industry’s biggest reputational hurdle head-on. This isn’t just another trade show; it’s a strategic forum determining if the next wave of banking transformation will be inclusive or exclusionary. Watch for how neobanks like Revolut leverage these discussions to scale ethically across Latin America.
