Wendy Redshaw joined NatWest Group in October 2018, having previously been the CIO for Collaborative Technology Solutions at Deutsche Bank. Wendy has been involved in several successful FinTech start-ups, and numerous strategic business/technology digital programmes for top tier banks. Wendy Redshaw holds a Mathematics degree from Imperial College and has a particular interest in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Sensory Acuity, Innovation and Transformation. Wendy Redshaw is a passionate advocate for diversity, equality and inclusion, and fostering next generational leadership.
Wendy Redshaw holds a NED position for the NatWest Trustee & Depository Services entity, is on the Board of Trustees of TechSheCan, and is a Board member of NatWest Rooster Money.
