Urs Bernegger is the Founder and Advisor at Helvetii Consulting, an independent strategy advisory firm serving both fiat currency and cryptocurrency market participants, as well as fintech disruptors. He is passionate about identifying market trends and growth opportunities, and developing innovative solutions that transform the financial landscape. Previously, he was the Co-Founder and Executive Board Member at SEBA Bank AG, the world’s first fully regulated Digital Asset (Crypto) Bank and Securities Dealer. He played a pivotal role in planning, building, and leading the bank, successfully securing a full Bank and Securities dealer license. He also led the Trading and Investment Solutions division at SEBA, overseeing crypto trading, OTC crypto derivatives trading, borrowing and lending in both cryptocurrencies and fiat, FX, traditional securities, and Exchange-Traded Products (ETP) on crypto. As a leader and team builder, he cultivated a customer-centric culture, driving client satisfaction and expanding the customer base. Additionally, he established and maintained strong partnerships, which were crucial for growing a solid franchise.
