Udayan Goyal is the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Apis Partners, a private equity manager focussed on Financial Services in Growth Markets based in London. Udayan Goyal was the co- founder and managing partner of Anthemis Group SA and currently serves on its Group Board as a Director. Udayan Goyal was also the founder of FT Advisors Limited, a boutique advisory advisory firm focussed on the Financial Technology industry which is now part of Anthemis Group. He was formerly a Managing Director and Global Head of Financial Technology Advisory at Deutsche Bank AG in the Global Financial Institutions Group, based in London.
Udayan Goyal joined Deutsche Bank to develop the global financial technology and specialty finance capability of the firm. Prior to that, Udayan had specific responsibility for developing the pan-European specialty finance practice of CSFB with a focus on financial technology. In this capacity he maintained relationships with payment processors, brokerage companies, inter-dealer brokers, hedge funds and stock exchanges globally.

His global experience began as the son of a diplomat living across multiple continents with his working life commencing in traditional investment banking and transitioning through to investing and entrepreneurship.
Udayan Goyal lives in London, is married with two children, and enjoys trying out innovative spinning studios to work off his passion for food and wine wherever his Apis travels take him.
