About Tracey Davies
Tracey is an experienced President/ MD who specialises in turnaround and growth strategy. Much of her experience has been gained in private equity owned organisations such as KKR and Apax. She now leads one of the key businesses at Ascential PLC, Money20/20, the world’s leading fintech event series in America, Europe and Asia.
As a growth specialist Tracey has a proven track record of restrategising businesses and then implementing company wide roll-outs to deliver the new strategy and growth. She has delivered high-growth and consistent results in all her roles.
Tracey has extensive experience in digital paid for content and subscriptions strategy as well as taking print legacy businesses to be digitally led. She is an expert in brand-led event strategy and at Retail Week led one of the UK’s largest and most successful paid for content and events businesses.
Tracey has an in-depth knowledge of the UK retail sector and its vendor eco system through her senior level leadership and market interaction via Retail Week and at Money20/20 has built in depth knowledge of the global fintech industry.
Tracey is an experienced leader and has built many high-performing teams both at Ascential and her previous organisations. She is used to leading organisations through change. Her leadership style is high-energy and inclusive.
Tracey is an experienced public speaker and chair of conferences and events.
Tracey is experienced at operating at a senior level with both boards, NEDs and the investor communities. She has been a senior leader at Ascential PLC ( formerly Top Right Group/Emap) for 10 years.
Tracey is the founder of Rise Up, an accelerator programme that takes place at Money20/20 to support the increase of women in senior roles in the financial services and Fintech industries globally.
According to FinTech magazine she is one of the top 100 women in FinTech globally.
