As an executive leader my career has spanned operations, sales, revenue generation and more. I have also led operations ranging from small, to minority/women, to national accounts, to international (Canada), to enterprise accounts.
Throughout them all, though, I have maintained a focus on our customers, achieved goal-exceeding results, built relationships and leveraged data. For example:
• Earlier in my career I recognized emerging trend of industry moving toward diversification. Developed business plan and strategy to launch Minority Dealer Business that I nurtured from zero to being a $100M+ business.
• I was challenged to turn around our Canada operation. Within two years I led this region to achieve 50% sales growth and #1 sales ranking averaging 120% of sales per month.
• During my tenure as Chief Customer Experience Officer, led customer-experience efforts and implemented Net Promoter System globally.
Really, this all boils down to my being a people- and community-guy at heart. I feel it’s my duty (but more of a privilege) as a leader to mentor, coach, and develop others within the organizations at which I work, and within my community. This focus has turned out to be a win-win-win.
