Tony Coleman, A digital banking professional with over 20 years in the financial services industry worked at Temenos, Backbase; developing, architecting and managing the globally distributed development of omni-channel banking solutions and guiding financial institutions with their digital transformation. An architect, leader and dev ops evangelist able to communicate with developers and C-level stakeholders to pragmatic decisions that ensure delivery. Extensive experience in high-volume, highly scalable, highly available multi-tier solutions with complex integrations. Tony Coleman is Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at Temenos, overseeing the technology, architecture and design of Temenos solutions and leading our commitment to innovation. Tony has almost 30 years of experience in the financial services industry; developing, designing architecting event driven, distributed banking solutions with a commitment to cloud native technology. And guiding financial institutions with their digital transformations. He has extensive experience in high-volume, highly scalable, highly available solutions with complex integrations. Tony has spent over 20 years with Temenos over two periods. He initially joined as one of the company’s first graduate trainees in 1995, and went on to hold a number of senior roles in development and technology. This included Head of Special Projects and Chief Architect. He rejoined Temenos in January 2017, serving as Chief Technology Officer since 2022. Tony was named a founding Temenos Fellow in 2022, and was awarded CTO of the year by FSTech in 2023.
