About Tom Grogan

I lead MDRxTECH, delivering digital transformation, systems integration and engineering services in legally complex and heavily regulated areas. Our diverse team is comprised of computer scientists, cyber security experts, developers and lawyers. In 2020 I ranked the #1 Most Innovative Junior Lawyer by The Legal Technologist magazine. In 2019 I was shortlisted for the Junior Lawyer of the Year Award at The Law Society's Excellence Awards. In particular, I have experience advising private and public sector organisations on the development of their technology policies, strategies and implementations. I regularly speak at conferences, seminars, universities and summits on technology matters, in particular the interaction between emerging technologies and prevailing legal and regulatory frameworks.
