About Tobias Hann

Executive leader, serial entrepreneur, intrapreneur, consultant and business angel. Throughout my 15+ year career I have worked on numerous new business initiatives both as a leader and consultant. I thrive in a start-up environment and like the initial mess of starting something new. I have co-founded and scaled companies from 0 to 10+ and from 10 to 35+ employees. At the same time I speak “corporate” and have consulted and worked in large enterprise organizations. My professional experience spans across Europe, the Middle East and the US as well as across multiple industries including enterprise software, transportation, insurance, education, and telecommunication. I am a technology enthusiast with a deep technical understanding of software, data and machine learning. I am also a strong proponent of number crunching and statistics. What gets me excited is creating something innovative or substantially improving existing products and services, always keeping the customer in mind. While I am a demanding leader, I love to enable others to grow and reach their full potential. I excel in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic work environment, at the intersection between start-ups and corporations. As a business angel I have invested in multiple B2B and B2C software companies. Lately I’m most focused on early-stage investment opportunities in the B2B SaaS space.
