About Tina Reich

Tina Reich is a senior strategic, fintech, and banking leader with global experience, especially in developing and growing lending, banking and payments businesses. She presently serves on the Board of Directors for Bill.com, and has previously served on the boards for Citicorp Payment Services, the Small Business Financial Exchange, and the Experian Small Business Financial Services Council. She also has served as advisors to several international fintech companies. Known for navigating through periods of economic and currency stress while simultaneously successfully launching and scaling new products and platforms, Tina and her teams deploy investment vehicles, craft partnerships and bring innovative data sources and techniques to business growth and risk management. Tina Reich leads the evaluation and due diligence of complex M&A and credit portfolios, identifying gaps in risk controls, and managing risk in advance of audit, securitization, diligence, and regulatory reviews. An advocate for developing women's roles in science and technology, Tina builds diverse and inclusive teams, and cultivates strong followership with mentorship and a transparent, non-hierarchical style. Tina was named one of Crain's Notable Women in Banking & Finance in 2019. Her leadership approach nurtures high-performing teams, and develops lasting relationships among partners, characterized by integrity and trust. Ms. Tina Reich joined the Santander Holdings USA, Inc. and Santander Bank, N.A. Boards in July 2023 and serves as a member of the Audit and Risk Committees for both boards. She is the Chair of the Payments and Ops Risk Sub-Committee and a member of BILL’s Audit Committee as well as the Cybersecurity and Technology Committees. Ms. Reich serves on the Board of Altus Power, Inc. where she is a member of the Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. She serves as a board observer and advisor to Clara, a Latin American fintech company, and serves as an advisor to a number of global fintech companies. Ms. Tina Reich served as Chief Credit Officer of the Global Business Financing, Payments and Digital Experiences group of American Express and was responsible for Global Merchant and Network Services risk. Ms. Reich also served as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Data Scientist at Credibly, a fintech platform. She held leadership positions with responsibilities in various areas of risk including credit, fraud, data, technology, and modeling at American Express, Citibank, and JPMorgan Chase.
