His leadership and broad experience has resulted in a wide-range of successful investments; replacement of core insurance systems, digitizing the sales channel, solidifying a Service Oriented Architecture and providing infrastructure engineering services. As the current leader, responsible for for the Commercial, Life, Sales & Marketing and Enterprise Engineering Technology departments, Tim is focused on enabling ERIE’s product and service strategies, including simplification of our policy administration systems and enabling the agency digital sales experience.
