About Thomas Pearson

My career - from technical roles, to high end retail management, to executive-level management gives me a unique perspective and the ability to provide detailed, strategic support and oversight throughout a business. I have extensive experience of change management, both in established and start-up businesses. I have supported large-scale business structure change in client facing environments, and "bricks and mortar" to ecommerce transitions.
