About Teresa Ostapower

Teresa Ostapower has over 13 years’ executive leadership experience in Digital and Technology and 30+ years’ experience in technology leading IT strategy, software development, architecture, digital, and technical operations. She is currently the CIO at Diebold Nixdorf and responsible for IT strategy, planning, and execution as well as modernization to digital and cloud technologies to enable business sales and operations. Teresa was previously SVP - Technology Transformation, Architecture, and Operations at AT&T aggressively modernizing software delivery to drive speed, cost, and quality improvements. She led numerous transformation initiatives across AT&T to include Scaled/Lean Agile, DevSecOps, Security, and Automation. From 2013-2017, Teresa was AT&T’s first Chief Digital Officer where she was responsible for Business Strategy, Sales/Marketing, CX/UX, Analytics, and Development/Operations teams to enable best-in-class digital capabilities for consumer and business segments. Over her 33-year career, Teresa is known for being a passionate and humble leader with proven track record for results. She is recognized for successful execution of major transformations, willingness to disrupt/challenge/innovate, analytical insights, and an energetic “get the job done” mindset.
