As VP and Executive Director of Connecticut Insurance and Financial Services [CT IFS], I represent the workforce and business interests of 30 major insurance and financial services companies in the State of Connecticut, USA. including companies representing P&C, Life/Retirement, and Health sectors, also Financial Services and Providers. My work includes providing strategic direction and program execution to a Board of Directors across the common goals of workforce development - building the talent pipeline; public advocacy - advancing the industry through marketing, education and awareness; and economic and business development- selling and promoting the strengths of CT'S IFS industry to bring net new jobs and revenue to the economy.
