He holds a Tech development.  Stewart Griffiths is a former Royal Marine with over 17 years of combined experience in providing security and intelligence solutions to the government, insurance, banking and private client sectors. He has successfully managed all activities relating to the change process when transitioning the company into a group and coordinated the design, plan, budget and build of a unique intelligence based software (ORA) and supply chain, compliance and management tool (Conect) both for the financial and insurance industries. He continually builds and maintains productive relationships with colleagues, internal staff, clients and external partners through adoption of a positive leadership style. Articulate and confident with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, having dealt with people on an international scale, from many different cultures and backgrounds. He is a liveryman of the city of London and has recently been elected chairman of the young members group of the Worshipful Company of Security Professionals (WCoSP)..
