Her experience includes strategy and governance in a highly regulated industry. With thirty years of banking experience at large global financial services companies, including Bank of America and JPMorgan, she has demonstrated executive banking leadership. Her expertise spans credit, risk management, global payments, sales leadership, and client coverage, with a reputation for developing top talent and delivering results. Throughout her career, she successfully launched and rebuilt domestic and international businesses while managing over 300 professionals and generating $3.0B in revenue from a client base of more than 15,000 clients across three distinct business units. Given her strong focus on risk and regulatory matters, she led the Global Transaction Services team responsible for creating and reporting product and regulatory metrics, responding to internal and external audits, managing remediation efforts, approving new products, and conducting sanctions, compliance, and risk scenario analysis.
