I realized that my experience as a young professional in customer service roles helped to identify my passion for product management. Since this realization, it has been my focus to understand customers’ needs at a deep level so that software can be developed to support their goals and measures of success. I have 10+ years of experience in product management as a business analyst, product manager and strategic leader for SaaS products within healthcare. Over the last 5 years, my expertise has allowed me to partner with our end users, designers and developers to deliver 10+ key features to help support healthcare compliance professionals.
