About Simon Penson

Having started my career in journalism I quickly became obsessed with the value that audience creation can deliver, irrespective of platform, building specialisms digital marketing and wider business leadership, strategy and growth. Combining that with my inherent passion for content and innovation has led me to create, build and exit two digital businesses and continue in my pursuit to build more around the 'next' shift in consumer behaviour. I remain extremely passionate about tech and actively invest in smart founder-led businesses, helping not just with cash but, critically, with experience too both personally and as a partner in Haatch ventures - a brilliant EIS fund.
