About Simon Isaacs

Motivated to lead my team and empower them to deliver innovation and excellent service to our customers. As one of the largest divisions of Ricoh, I need to align my sales and marketing with pre sales, solution architects, systems integrators, project managers and specialist engineering support, to combine a complex set of hardware and software products to create solutions that drive customers businesses forward. Running a large and diverse number of teams works best with flexible management systems. This allows us to keep pushing boundaries by setting challenging objectives across the six teams and means we can mobilise around customer challenges, combining our ideas & technology with software and robotics to automate their future, opening up new possibilities for profitability and customer experience. I take pride in helping my fantastic Ricoh team operate in their areas of excellence, fostering a culture of trust, innovation, customer satisfaction and results. Fulfilment through work is awesome and drives me forward, but I mostly live to be a good husband to my wife Jessica and father to our brilliant boys Seb & Noah, and also a great friend to those who know me. I love life, continually learning and I especially enjoy being active outdoors. When I grow up I dream of being a world class mountain biker, snowboarder and armchair politician. Until then I’ll just keep practicing!
