Under regulatory pressure, I built a team and process to manually assess and visit over 600 banks across 55 markets in the course of 18 months, with each resulting in a comprehensive and comparable view of FinCrime risk. Whilst the results were a success, the effort and resource required brought me to the conclusion that a better way is needed. From this frustration and realisation, Elucidate was born.
