He leverages over 12 years of experience working with key stakeholders across the deal lifecycle. Investors / Sponsors: He brings extensive expertise in deal structuring, diligence, lending, and corporate finance, having collaborated with some of the largest Mobility, TMT, FIG, and Industrials companies in North America during his tenure at HSBC and Scotiabank. C-Suite / Management: His background includes commercial and operational strategy development work for major Mobility, Industrials, and FIG companies in the UK and Europe, during his time at Kearney. Operators / Customers / Regulators: He has hands-on experience driving buy-in and leading cross-functional strategic value creation initiatives (Product, GTM, Operations, and AI) at PE-backed Mobility and Fintech companies. Shadman holds an MBA from London Business School and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
