About Sergio Gandolfo

A professional with close to 10 years' experience in the financial services industry. I started my career in accountancy before becoming an expert in risk and anti-money laundering within the fintech sector. Prior to joining TPML in 2020, I held risk management positions at various regulated financial institutions. In February 2020, I was appointed Risk Manager at TPML, playing a key role in evolving its risk management framework, ensuring the implementation of its overall risk management process and boosting the visibility of risk issues across the entire business. In my new role as CEO, I will be responsible for spearheading and expanding TPML’s sustainable growth model, continuing its strong regulatory oversight regime, and also focusing on new opportunities in Malta.
