Serena Smith most recently served as executive vice president and head of Global Treasury Management & Payment Strategy at Texas Capital Bank where she structured the PCI environment for the newly implemented commercial card program while engaging partners and designing processes to add value to clients and revenue to the banks bottom line.
Before Texas Capital Bank, Serena Smith served as division executive of International Banking & Payment at FIS. This role included product, strategy, development, and deployment into the international banking and payments businesses. This position also included financial responsibility for the real-time payments business globally.
