I am a strategic, execution focused HR Director with 20 years experience providing strategic HR leadership and support. I have indepth knowledge and experience of developing commercial HR strategies, employment law, recruitment and retention, policy development, strategic business planning, TUPE transfers, complex ER management, appraisal and performance management, training delivery and Trade Union negotiations (national and regional level). I specialise in HR strategic leadership, change & program management and organisational design. My strength is in the execution of complex HR plans and leading large diverse teams. Strong industry experience in retail, financial services, facilities management and BPO, IT/Digital consulting in both the private and public sectors.
