Sasha Jory has extensive work experience in various high-level positions. They currently hold the role of Chief Information Officer at Hastings Direct, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Digital, Data and Change Officer at Hastings Direct from September to December 2022, and as the Chief Digital and Change Officer from September 2019 to September 2022.
Before joining Hastings Direct, Sasha Jory worked at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) as the Managing Director, Group Head of Programme Management. In this role, they were responsible for developing project and programme management capabilities and leading a large team. They were with LSEG from December 2016 to September 2019.

Sasha Jory completed the Inter Alpha Banking Programme at INSEAD in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, which they finished in 1992.
