I am a business transformation expert, a digital strategist and a fintech entrepreneur. I have spent a career in international financial services and have a deep understanding of how this sector works – clients, products, processes, regulations - and a clear vision of how it will transform and impact society in the years to come. I have been both an architect and the delivery executive for business transformation in capital markets, wealth management and retail banking. Digital has become my preferred way to weave innovation into complex organisations and deliver rapid and effective results. I also work closely with the FinTech sector and use that connectivity to spot trends and opportunities. My unique advantage is a proven ability to combine old-school business experience with the development of high tech solutions. Agile development and design thinking are my standard techniques. As a seasoned “intrapreneur”, I have built successful international teams from scratch, functioned at ExCo level and advised on all aspects of strategy. I work well with people, I build trust and I take pride in bringing colleagues at all levels of the organisation with me on our digital transformation journey.
