I am passionate about growing Lockton’s business and ensuring that it is a great place for our clients to do business and for our Associates to build a career. Lockton is a privately-owned professional services firm with more than 7,000 professionals serving more than 52,000 clients around the world in the areas of risk management, retirement and employee benefits. We help our clients protect their most valuable assets – their people, property and reputation. This is often accomplished through insurance, and Lockton is the world’s largest, privately held insurance broker. As Chairman, not only do I work to find new ways to serve our clients to make their businesses better, but I also help foster and support Lockton’s unique, high performance culture which I believe differentiates us. The culture is underpinned by our Lockton philosophies which are so much more than words on paper. Our great strength is that our Associates and Producers live out those philosophies.
