Roman Regelman is CEO of Securities Services and Digital. He is a member of BNY Mellon’s Executive Committee. Roman Regelman is responsible for BNY Mellon’s largest market segment with ~$8B in revenue. He is driving the transformation of Securities Services into a data- and analytics-led global business. Roman is responsible for driving business outcomes and orchestrating client solutions across the entire investment management lifecycle. Additionally, Roman sets the direction for the BNY Melon’s digital future and drives investments in its digital capabilities, including digital assets, innovation, partnerships, data & analytics, artificial intelligence, and client experience. Roman is the Executive Committee sponsor of Impact, BNY Mellon’s effort to drive diversity and inclusion. Throughout his career, Roman has launched and driven multiple customer-centric businesses and led transformation programs for financial institutions and services companies in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Roman has also started several successful fintech ventures and partnerships. Prior to BNY Mellon, Roman was with Boston Consulting Group, where he was a leader in its global Financial Institutions Digital business and concurrently led the firm’s Customer Journey Practice. Roman drove the delivery of major business transformation programs and acted as a global thought leader on digital and operating model transformation. Prior to BCG, he was a partner for Booz and Company and a leader in the firm’s global transformation business. Roman Regelman is a financial services and technology executive with over 25 years of experience driving significant transformational outcomes. Roman has received industry awards including Global Custodian Legend and Person of the Year, Best Asset Servicing Deal of the Year, Forbes Blockchain 50. Roman serves on the board of Prep for Prep and is dedicated to developing future leaders by creating access for young people to first-rate educational, leadership development and professional opportunities.
