I am Managing Partner & Co-Founder of Digital Lab Consulting, providing business and strategic consulting services to enable scientific organisations to transform their business through better use of digital technologies. Our client services cover the complete digital transformation journey from inception, such as working with client teams to support future vision and strategy definition through to strategic oversight and value realisation of solution delivery. Along the journey, we provide services such as as-is and to-be process mapping to help our clients understand their business process and to help prioritise their digital programme. We help clients choose the most appropriate technology and solutions, by working closely with them in workshops to capture business requirements and use cases that can be shared with potential vendors to demonstrate their technology. Throughout the digital journey, we provide independent industry support and guidance as well as clear actionable advice. Prior to Digital Lab Consulting, I have worked for over 25 years within the Life Sciences, Process industries and Healthcare across the entire value chain from early research, through development to manufacturing. I have worked with a range of scientific, technology and consulting companies providing consulting services and leading talented multinational teams deploying enterprise software and digital technologies. I have significant experience across professional services consulting delivery, pre-sales, customer support and partner management. Having worked at an organization that has grown from 10 to 300+ employees, I have overseen significant revenue growth and also had involvement with other business areas including sales, marketing, finance, HR, software development and product management. Other experience includes building new teams, implementation of operational process to ISO9001, maintaining customer and executive relationships, programme delivery, defining and selling new solutions and services offerings, identifying and establishing new business partnerships.
