Roger Arnemann joins Scale as an Executive in Residence focusing on InsurTech investment opportunities. Roger Arnemann was the General Manager & SVP of Guidewire Analytics, leading the global effort to scale Guidewire analytics and data products that enable 350+ customers. He drove analytic partnerships, InsurTech investments, and the acquisition and integration of HazardHub. Roger has also served as CPO at Arceo.ai, CPO & COO at Nomis Solutions, and held multiple roles at RMS over 15 years, including Head of Global Consulting and Securitization. Roger holds a triple major in English, Economics and Earth Systems and a Masters in Earth Systems from Stanford University. An evangelical and product-oriented executive team member, he specializes in scaling analytics companies in the Bay Area (16 years), London (7 years), and Delhi (3 years & 1,500 staff) by applying a combination of vision, strategy, and execution with missions to create new market categories, lead product development from idea to release, and drive rapid growth. He owns P&L and leads breakthroughs in Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, Data & Analytics, Sales, and Services. He has motorcycle-camped 9K miles to the Arctic Ocean, visited 100 countries, and loves working on $500 race cars.
