International Expansion and Strategic Development Executive Public Affairs /Strategic Consulting/ Restructuring & Management Senior Executive with a solid background in Strategic Development and Public Affairs (20 years). I have extensive experience in international expansion (13 years), redesigning company processes, innovation, industrial policy and public grant management (9 years, Milan Chamber of Commerce). Additional areas of expertise include the restructuring, development and management of companies in the field of public-private cooperation (Credit Consortium 6 years; Formaper 2 years). More recently I am the general manager of the major Business Association on a national leading sector (Fipe 3 years). I sit on several Boards of Directors, teach at well-known Italian universities (including Universita’ Cattolica and Bocconi), participate frequently in international conferences and have published articles on relevant economic and financial issues. Moreover, I am recognized as being open-minded and flexible, and have achieved rapid career growth thanks in part to my ability to bring out the best of my team.
