We live in very interesting times, where everything is global; COVID-19 has reminded us of that. Financial services organizations are not immune to global events and the entire industry is at an inflection point. Those firms that define and implement strategies that embrace the future will survive, i.e. play the long-game. Short-term patches will simply waste resources that should be focused on these strategic outcomes. Capital Markets organizations are notoriously difficult to change, but that is no longer an excuse not to start the journey.
