Rebecca Wright is a senior HR Professional with over a decade of experience supporting Board-level Executives and their teams (including LHV Bank). Experience across a range of HR disciplines with multi-sector experience including: Fintech, Legal, Banking, Insurance, Marketing (agency), and Consultancy. She is a hands-on HR Director and enjoys working with ambitious, innovative, and fast-paced businesses who are passionate about their customers, people, and being leaders in their field. She has taken on a number of first appointment HR Director roles and has worked at Group HR Director level within VC-backed startups/scale-ups and AIM/PLCs. Rebecca Wright has a particular interest in turnaround, rapid growth, or organizations requiring high levels of transformation from building board and executive succession plans, M&A and disposals, or leading significant change programs.
