•REIMAGINED TRADING SOLUTIONS: Designed, deployed & oversaw the complete operation of Bloomberg’s entire Trading Solutions Group, growing annual revenues by 8% between 2014-2016 with totals exceeding $325M, outpacing the industry over this period by 33%.
•CHAMPIONING DIVERSITY: Awarded the inaugural Ken Heath Award for the leadership and empowerment of women in finance in 2017,by the Security Traders Association. Initial member and mentor for the 30% Club, with the goal of seeing female directors at 30% of S&P100 boards by 2020. Diversified Bloomberg’s Trading Solutions (TS), growing the % of senior management and leadership made up by women and minorities from 7% to 34% in just two years. Executive Co-Chair of the Black Professional Community in Bloomberg LP.
•GROWTH & EXPANSION: Despite headwinds of regulation, automation, technology, lower profitability, commission rate and volume pressure, grew market share and client footprint across the TBK product set leading to consistent topline numbers of approx. $220M from 2010 – 2014.
