Personally, I am the ENFP (Extraverted Intuitive Feeling Perceiving) type or also known as The Champion (The Winner). I am a person who likes to determine my own path in life with strong intuition and feelings. I am a person who is always optimistic and able to know the potential in other people. I have a warm and well-liked personality in my social circle. In my career, I have always developed a positive mindset where continuous change is the only way for the company to survive and thrive in every situation. I have consistently done this throughout my professional career. I also strengthen this positive mindset with technical knowledge and experience in the field of technology that I develop continuously. In addition, I also have good communication skills, strong leadership skills (creating a sense of urgency, building a strong team, creating a change vision and communicating the change vision) and sensitive to internal and external conditions of the company.
