Acknowledged as an industry leader, Puja has deep expertise in B2B enterprise software across sales, go-to-market, product management & global operations.

Puja is currently the COO Americas at Finastra, the third largest FinTech in the world. Previously, as Global General Manager/CEO of the Financial Markets Compliance business at NICE Actimize, Puja led the vision, strategy, full P&L, and was responsible for global operations across all functions of the business.
Tasked with turning-around a non-performing business, Puja led the organization to becoming a global market leader, achieving 109% growth within 3 years.

She achieved 500% over quota and a 3 year business CAGR of 129% in her previous role as Head of Sales while she also led the company to sustained growth in a variety of leadership roles throughout the financial crisis.
