About Paula Mariani

Paula Mariani believes there is a more beautiful way of leading lives, teams, and companies. She cares deeply about setting user-centric product operations at scale within agile environments. Throughout her career, Paula Mariani has managed UX teams of varying sizes within startups and enterprises. Paula Mariani has trained, hired, and established product design operations across operational, tactical, and strategic levels. She enjoys building diverse and global digital product teams. In 2019, she founded To Be Radiant, where she offers coaching and training with a strong focus on enterprise wellbeing. Paula Mariani gives talks and facilitates design leadership workshops worldwide, blending her passions: user experience, kundalini yoga, coaching, and spirituality. These workshops and talks aim to create space for new and senior digital leaders to reconnect with their authentic and creative selves. For her, leadership is a personal journey. Her interests include design leadership, design for change, digital wellness, leadership coaching, life design, change management, cultural transformation, conscious leadership, and humane technology.
