I am currently Executive, Personal Everyday Banking at National Australia Bank, where I lead a talented team serving over 4 million customers with their banking needs, including transaction and savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans and insurance. The role incorporates product, pricing, customer experience design and the transformation of the end to end process. This has included design, partnering with leading companies, creating an agile team and delivery capability, and focusing on delivering an improving simpler, faster, digital experience.
More than 15 years international experience with top tier banks spanning strategy, marketing and product development. Before returning to Australia and joining NAB, I worked at Natwest from 2013 in a series of roles from leading Unsecured Lending products (cards, loans, overdrafts, payments for both Personal & Business) to being the Commercial Head in Mortgage and Protection business which grew into a top 3 UK lender.
I have a track record for delivering sustainable commercial and customer results through developing a clear strategy, focusing on key opportunities, simplifying products, technology & operational delivery and building talented teams.
Having lived around the world, I love to travel & explore new places, hiking and sports.
I graduated cum laude from Cornell University.
