About Paul Goldfinch

Paul Goldfinch is a C-level Executive with 25 years of international leadership experience as a CFO, COO, and Executive Board Chairman for global financial institutions and fast-growth fintechs, combining strong strategic, general management, financial technical, and business transformation expertise. Following an early career with KPMG, Citibank, and Credit Suisse, he joined UBS, culminating in roles as EMEA Head of Finance across all the bank’s divisions, and subsequently Chairman/COO for UBS's Russian Banking Presence. He then joined one of Russia’s largest banks, Sberbank, as CFO for Corporate & Institutional Banking, before becoming Group CFO for Europe’s largest digital online lending fintech, 4finance. Paul Goldfinch is currently the Group CFO for the most exciting next-generation consumer financial services company in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. Additionally, he acts as a Board Member for the Otkritie Banking and Insurance Group as well as a Fintech Industry Advisor.
