About Patrick McGoldrick

Mr. Patrick McGoldrick serves as Managing Partner of Growth Equity Division at JP Morgan Chase. He serves as Board Observer at Laika. He also serves as Managing Partner, J.P. Morgan Private Capital at J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners. Patrick McGoldrick also serves as Board Member at Codat. In his capacity as General Partner, he has responsibilities that sit across the Growth Equity Division of J.P. Morgan Private Capital, helping build and scale new offerings, aiding in value creation for companies across investment teams and driving strategic growth for the division. As a Partner for Growth Equity Partners, Patrick McGoldrick helps lead growth investments in software, fintech, real estate tech and consumer internet companies. Prior to founding J.P. Morgan Private Capital, he served as the Global Head of a private investment division within the J.P. Morgan Private Bank, with a particular focus on direct and co-investment opportunities in private companies. Before this, Patrick McGoldrick was a member of the J.P. Morgan Investment Bank on the Private Capital Markets team in San Francisco, where he was involved in all phases of private finance, including origination, structuring, pricing, and distribution with an emphasis on growth equity and PIPE financings across a wide range of industries. Patrick McGoldrick received his B.S. from Bentley University where he graduated with distinction, with a double major in Finance and Global Perspectives and a minor in Marketing.
