As Capgemini Group's Chief Financial Officer, Nivedita Krishnamurthy Bhagat's role on the Group Executive Board enables me to integrate a business-focused perspective into our financial strategies. She prioritise agile, scalable, and sustainable growth, achieved through high-performing teams, effective communication, and a compelling vision. This focus is crucial in navigating the dynamic landscape of emerging technologies which are reshaping industries and strengthening digital leadership. Her leadership is founded on principles of diversity, inclusivity, and sustainability. Nivedita Krishnamurthy Bhagat is  dedicated to expanding digital access to disadvantaged communities and supporting our clients in their journey to net zero emissions. Prior to my current role She was Chief Executive of Cloud Infrastructure Services at Capgemini where she led a global team focused on cloud, cybersecurity, and digital workplace services. She has also held roles such as Head of European Cloud Infrastructure Services at Capgemini, COO of UK Applications, and growth-focused positions at Infosys Technologies and in Corporate Finance at KPMG. Beyond Capgemini, She is a Board Member at Schneider Electric, participating in the Digital & Human Capital & Remuneration Committee, and was previously a non-executive director at MITIE Plc, advising on customer-centric technology solutions. Nivedita Krishnamurthy Bhagat is a qualified chartered accountant and hold a degree in economics. Nivedita Krishnamurthy Bhagat is a business strategist with a passion for advising clients on technology solutions that enable them to become market leaders and accelerate their digital transformation in an agile, scalable, and sustainable manner. She achieves this by mobilizing high-performing teams with a compelling vision, an authentic culture, and clear communication. As a purpose-driven leader, Nivedita is committed to making a positive impact by championing diversity and inclusion, providing digital access to the most vulnerable in society, and addressing climate change through the delivery of sustainable technology services. Before joining Capgemini, Nivedita Krishnamurthy Bhagat spent several years at Infosys Technologies, where she expanded the Enterprise Solutions business across a European client base. At KPMG, she focused on acquisitions and new ventures. Outside of Capgemini, she serves on the board of Schneider Electric and has been a non-executive director on the board of MITIE Plc, where she was actively involved in advising on customer-focused technology.
