About Nils von Schoenaich-Carolath

After three years at PwC, Nils switched to the investor side for another 2.5 years, where his project made the firm the first listed company in the world to put a digital twin of its share on the blockchain through tokenization. At this time he gained deep knowledge in the real estate sector, in structuring complex financings as well as in the topics of digital assets & tokenization. In 2021 he became the founder of von Schoenaich-Carolath Consulting and worked on different projects in the digital asset and tokenization space. He is now Managing Director at Bankhaus Scheich and concluded a framework agreement with the state of Hesse in November 2021, which allows confiscated cryptocurrencies to be exploited in a legally secure, market-friendly and market-compliant manner, thereby establishing a new market standard. In 2022, he was the first to succeed in tokenizing a convertible bond in accordance with eWpG as well as tokenizing a fund in Germany. Nils is dedicated to blockchain topics since 2016.
