About Niko Sinervä

I’m experienced sales and marketing professional who burn to build&implementing new – strategy, brand or organization. I’ve worked for different market areas with the different kind of people. Worked for corporates and small start-ups. I have developed sales&marketing and tried to find customer’s key needs and growing the customers loyalty. In all my assignments there is one skill that combines each other’s: strong and inspiring communication inside and outside the company. World is on-going process and the companies should tuning continuously their strategy, their product&service portfolio, customer service and all processes. That must-have. On-going changing requires much of people of the organization. My opinion is that top management should create as comfortable culture as they can. That grows culture of innovation thinking.
